Poor service and not being competative !

As a DIY family we were awaiting the opening of Chamberlains Strubensvally for over a year now. We were so excited to see it is open!

But what a disappointment! Your trading hours is not going to make it. We had to wait in front of the building on Sunday because it does not open until 9!

If you want to be competitive with Builders just across the road, you will seriously have to rethink your trading hours. In the time we were waiting for the doors to open, at least 15 – 20 people left the building only to go to Builders. We did the same, we left your premises only to go to Builders…… they were open!

You cannot be competitive if you think you can only stay open to 5 in the afternoons. One of Builders successes is due to the convenience of finding them open when you come from work.

At this stage I cannot think of one reason why I would come back to your building. My husband shares the same sentiment as I do.

Builders remains the preferred DIY store for us……
