No customer service from Chamberlain

I e-mailed The chamberlain website after phoning the branch about a receipt that my daughter destroyed. The branch said i have to e-mail the support e-mail. The 7 of December i emailed them and got a response From a lady Lynette Stanley asking for more information. I e-mailed her back and after numerous times phoning and e- mailed her AGAIN ASKING IF THEY CAN HELP ME JUST GOT IGNORED. Thank you guys now i know where to shop. Good luck with that attitude!!!!
