NEW PAINT THAT SPILLED IN THE BOAT

I would like to register my complain to you, I Refilwe Ngaka bought a Plascon Double Velvet paint at FH Chamberlain Trading In Centurion on Saturday 02 Dec 2017 at 15:05 . When I get home the paint spilled all over in the boat of my car. The following day on Sunday I returned the paint to the seller because I believe it was a fault of the seller that the paint was not closed properly. I was assisted by by Sipho who called his manager Mr Johan Zwarts to address the issue. Mr Zwarts told Sipho to tell us that is none of his business and he cannot replace the paint because he does not know what happened on the road without even coming to us. We requesting for replacement or refund because we believe that if the paint is closed properly it cannot leak or spill. The cost of the paint was R499 5lt .
