Complaining on behalf of Mrs Lennie Ngwasheng Mrs Lennie Ngwasheng hired Eric contraction which contractor Eric use his Chamberlain card to earn point without Mrs Ngwasheng consent ,which Mrs Ngwasheng was never made aware that you can earn point for cash back. Mrs Ngwasheng was made aware that she can earn point when she went Watloo Chamberlain branch by herself without Eric presence ....My mother was never advised on such information when she went to Watloo Chamberlain branch with the contractor Eric. My mother advised the supervisor of the store of such matter which it was escalated to HEAD OFFICE for investigation to Amanda van Wyk , documents were send to show that my mother was making payments. Conclusion of the story they are saying the is nothing they can do meaning the contractor is going to get cash back with the point that was suppose belong to Mrs Lennie Ngwasheng
