Incorrect system pricing & cashier cordially served me absolute arrogance

I first tried to contact Chaimberlains directly but there was unfortunately no response. On 29/01/2022 at 11h45, I went to Riviera Chaimberlains and purchased HTH Dry Acid Tablets 2kg and HTH Dry Acid 3kg each with a shelf price tag of R119.00, when the sale was completed the price on the slip showed R125.00 ea for HTH Dry Acid 3kg and R145.00 ea for the HTH Dry Acid Weir Tablets. A staff member confirmed the pricing on the shelf should be the correct price and another cashier assisted with the credit note of the items purchased but had to take it to the cashier that initially did the sale to run the new sale using the shelf pricing. It did seem that there was no interest from the initial cashier that had to ring up the products and subsequently rung it up using the system pricing, gave me a slip and called the next customer. I am not interested in one arrogant person destroying the name of a business, however I do feel that Refilwe, cashier closest to the entrance should not be serving people in any retail business with that abundance of arrogance. It also does seem that communication seems to be lacking from Chaimberlains itself so, is it the business that is arrogant or just the people that work there.
