The lady who mans the coffee store at the Waterkloof Glen Coffee Store is extremely rude and unprofessional.

To the point where she even cuts the presliced pieces of cake to maximise profitability.

He behaviour leaves much to be desired and I have encouraged everyone I know to stop buying anything at that branch
