Horrible service

It is rediculous that I had to wait in line to get prices and that after I was send to the wrong department where I also waited in line! There is only one person helping at board cutting. I mean really? Why not appoint more people and keep the customers happy. I waited so long that I decided to leave and go to Builders. You guys are probably making enough money.
