Great customer focus and safe online shopping.

I was in the market for a circular saw and had a product in mind. I noticed a Stanley saw with some extra's at a very good price and purchased it online at Chamberlains. When The saw arrived, it did not have the storage box that was advertised. I contacted Chamberlains and they acknowledged the mistake and tried to source a box. (I think it was a mistake on the advert) they kept me informed regularly and eventually said they were unsuccessful in getting a that specific box as it was end of range but would like to offer me another storage box.. I asked if I could not rather get a discount on a better blade and they agreed and sent me a new saw blade free of charge. The Gentleman, Andre, that I dealt with was very professional and the fact that I was always kept informed for something worth a few hundred rand speaks volumes for their customer focus. I can recommend their online shopping service.
