Exceptional service

I want to thank Adriaan at Chamberlains Gezina for the excellent service. My son bought a Sappi Bird book for me at the Centurion branch not noticing that it was the English version of the book. I spoke to Adriaan at Gezina branch to find the Afrikaans version. He promptly made an enquiry at supplier and got an Afrikaans version for me. He even went to pick it up and deliver same to my house within 2 hours. That is going the exstra mile for your client. Thank you Adriaan.
