Excellent Customer Service at Chamberlains Silver Lakes

I really appreciate excellent customer service! I had to redo my lawn and wanted to put some plants as decor at my front door. As I walked into the nursery, 2 gentlemen approached me. I explained to them what we were busy doing and they immediately got a trolley, advised me on what to get as well as the quantities. They also walked through the nursery with me and explained my options for plants I can use at my front door. After everything was loaded (10 bags of top soil and compost, 2 cement pots, 2 plants and a bag of pot soil), the one gentlemen pushed my trolley for me to the counter, assisted in unloading the items to be scanned, packed everything back, pushed my trolley to my car and then assisted in loading everything into my car. All this was done by them with a lovely attitude and some good conversation. By the time I got my purse out to give the gentleman something to thank him for his assistance, he already left. They are true ambassadors for Chamberlains at Silver Lakes! Thank you very much for the great service! I will always support companies like this who have great customer service! Well done!
