Disgusting Service at Chamberlains Waterkloof Glen

Absolutely disgusting service and disrespect! Jaco at Chamberlains Waterkloof Glen, you seriously need some client service training. I have never been treated with such sarcasm and underlying rage. If your company causes inconvenience and incompetency and a client is upset, Jaco, a sincere apology and way of rectification is the approach you will need to take. Please don’t ever tell a client that you treated them in that manner because of how the client reacted due to your employee’s mistake. Obviously if there is urgency in needing the materials and you sell the only one (that 2 staff members assured me will be there in the next hour because I had paid for it and just needed a different vehicle to collect it with) to me and then tell me someone else took it, someone will be upset. You didn’t once try and make a plan, all that was said was, 2-3days and I will have to fetch it. I don’t work at Chamberlains, I don’t know your systems but I do know that its generally suggested to rectify your mistakes as sincerely as possible. Not screaming across a room and being sarcastic and then blaming me for your bad work ethics.
