Disgusting Attitude from Branch Manager at CHAMBERLAINS CENTURION
<p>I am shocked at the terrible service I received and I am disgusted by the Attitude from Branch Manager - Johan. I bought 50 Bags of Cement from them and the truck Driver drove onto my pavement/Driveway with a full truckload of Cement (for the rest of Midstream), without thinking - He damaged my driveway with the 8 ton Delivery Truck from Chaimberlains fully loaded and then didn’t want to take any responsibility. He was quite abrupt and rude. I had to fix it myself, didn’t even wanted to give me his insurance company details - He came to look at the damage and then denied everything.<br /> I find it totally unacceptable.<br /> I will never support Chamberlains again and hope that the Residents in Midstream will do the same.</p>
I find it totally unacceptable.I have spent over R400k with CHAMBERLAINS and this wa a R4000 claim or less? BTW, he dint want me to speak to the driver or review the tracking details of the trucks movement for that day.
The response from their insurance company after I contacted them… "We will deny liability from the third party when we receive the third party approach. ?? -
