Delivery Staff Rude & Demanding

I ordered building supplies and clearly requested delivery be made today after 2h30pm. The staff ignored my request, pitched up at 12h30pm and harassed my daughter who is currently home studying for her matric examinations. I dont appreciate the delivery staff demanding she hand them her textbooks for their children. Kindly address this matter as a matter of urgency
