Complaining

Last month I bought a grinder by chamberlain centurion Pretoria and I only use it for few hours and it stopped working I returned it the following day for a warranty they said to me it will take a week and they will inform me if its back but I had to follow up after 2 weeks and they said to me your warranty is to buy a new one your grinder is beyond repair and I asked if they can give me back the grinder until now they haven't give it back to me
