I bought building redy mix from the store where both bags of the cement where off, when the mix was dry it all turned to powder again, costing me to redo a job over buying new mix from a local hardware. I also the same day wanted to purchase a 10a trip switch when i was advised by the sales people to rather go to a electrical supplyer and ask them for the switch, but the same thing was on the shelf. If you have sales people rather train them on there products before giving your company a bad name
