My experience at Chamberlains Waterkloof Glen, specifically with Anja, was disappointing. Unfortunately, the order I received was significantly delayed and the items were damaged upon arrival. Although Anja attempted to assist by reaching out to Silver Lakes for a new delivery, this was promised but not fulfilled, leaving me still waiting on day two.

During our conversation, her unprofessional attitude was evident when she mentioned, "I did my job and phoned them, I can't do more!" It's apparent that the problem persists due to a manager with a negative attitude affecting the team's work ethic.

Customer service goes beyond mere apologies or phone calls; it's about promptly rectifying issues caused by the team. Anja's lack of commitment to solving problems efficiently is disappointing. Leadership should lead by example, especially in delivering superior customer service. Regrettably, this experience with Anja as the manager fell short of expectations.
