Please can you kindly process my refund and kindly stop giving me the runaround. It's pushing 10 days and I was informed that there were some admin issues on your side with regards to verifying that this was a real refund - yet no one bothered to follow up and verify. If I had not called it would still be unallocated. It's pushing 10 days now, I need the cash and we can go our separate ways. Thank you kindly.
