Chamberlains service

We had to buy steel from chamberlains after which we were advised that we will have to drive to centurion and silver lakes as these branches have the material needed. After we drove to centuriun and after a long wait, we received the stock and traveled to silver lakes.

At silver lakes, we made payment in full as we were told the stock is available, once that was done they said they no longer have the stock, that's fine but when we wanted our money back as we need it to continue looking for the material we were told it will only be reversed 3 - 4 days later.

We have to do the job now not 3 - 4 days later and there was just no effort from the branch side to help, just no care.

I understand that banks are a pain but I am more than sure that a plan could be made.

Extremely poor. the fualt was not on ourt side and no reposibility was taken.
