Chamberlains poor service

Today i phone Chamberlains Riveira Pretoria to enquire as to whether they had meranti handrails for a ballustrade The switchboard lady put me through to??- no answer after at least 3mins I phoned again to be put through to an irrelevant department who said they would put me through to building After another 2 mins waiting i gave up and headed to the Montana branch which is usuall good for service If Riveira branch cant even put you through to the relevant people and if the people dont answer the phone i can only imagine how badly the store is run and no doubt the service is the same...i wont take the chance- Stay away from Chamberlains Riveura branch - obviously a second rate show- pathetic
