This must be one of the worst services I've received from a hardware store. I placed an order for normal plywood (2sheets) to be cut the morning. They told me that they will call me when the job is finished and that it wouldn't take long at all. So the whole day goes by and I didn't receive any call. At first I thought "it's okay they where probably very busy" so I let it be. The next morning I went in to check on my order, and there the job card was hanging on the board at the exact same place as it did the previous morning. They told me no that my order was first in the que and that it wouldn't take long at all. Well so once again the day went on and to my surprise... not a single phone call. So I went there a third time and it was already 3:40pm and everything was placed at 8:00am the previous morning. As I arrived, I once again saw my job card, believe it or not, STILL hanging in the SAME place. One can understand that by that time I was boiling with frustration. After talking once again to the people one of the guys in the cutting shop went and collected my job card, there after I waited 20min for them to cut everything so that I can leave. All happy and jolly finally having received my boards I thought that I was out of the woods. BAM!!! Chamberlain Waterkloof Glen strikes again. This time the problem being that my wood was not cut according to the sizes given to them. One would think that a Hardware store like this would handle this as if it was nothing for them. But apparently these two sheets that only needed to be cut in smaller rectangular pieces was way over there head. I am absolutely discussed with them and not ashamed to rate them as one off the worst hardware stores known to me. There service is horrible and they could not perform a 20min task in 2 days without me baby sitting them. I definitely would not recommend this specific store (Chamberlain Waterkloof Glen) to anyone that I know. It would be a total waste of their time and money that was hard earned.
