BAD SERVICE AT CHAMBERLAINS

The person we approached, Ricardo, the sales person, was not interested in really assisting us. When I needed assistance with the grout and tile cement, he just pointed towards the shelves. He was more interested in his cellular phone than assisting me. I experienced it as very rude and condescending.

He did calculate the tiles I needed and it was just about all.

He will be the reason I will drive further to again friendly helpful assistance from a different supplier not related to Chamberlains.
