Bad service

Must say I am very unhappy with Chaimberlains.

I spend a lot of money there and are already on the special rates for loyalty card and then I wanted a product, which costs a lowsy R130, and now I must drive in all the way and go and pay before they will order it.

Seriously guys, this is not good service and policies and procedures only goes so far.
