Bad service!

Went to chamberlains silverlakes to buy brand ring as we always do for our company to make canvasses , only to have 3 men tell us we must do it ourselves (we were 2 women) al we asked is that the brand ring not be skew otherwise the canvasses are compromised . Floor manager told us to pick the brand ring ourselves got to the place where they kept the 6 meters and ALL of them were skew , went back to see if we had beter luck with the 1.5 meters and we had to load all the wood ourselves , the asked for help with staplers to which 3 people was needed to assist and we left chamberlains without the staplers !
