Bad Manager Attitude

Hi i went to buy sand from chaimberlains and was told that i can send a truck next day to pick up sand as it would take 3 days to deliver to site. The next day 8 i had prove of payment and inv with the truck . They send my driver away as the copy i kept is the 1 they wanted. No hekp nor phone call. So i phoned the branch. A Man just calling himself van der Westhuisen answer and said it is there policy. I asked where they stated this policy and was monotoned to 23 point on the back of inv where some where i can read if. No sorry just tough.

I todays world an attitude like that stinks. A friendly we will put up a board or next time would have been enough.
