Archaic system

My experience with returning 3 items at Chamberlain Centurion, total worth of R35, was absolutely horrific. The security at the door had to complete a triplicate form for the item including each long code. Then we had to that for to another counter inside where yet another person cometed another duplicate form with exactly the same information as on the for of the security guard. From there we were taken to a second counter where all the data was captured on a computer and a R36 voucher was issued. Then we were directed to a third counter where we were able to use the voucher for the replacements. Forty five minutes just to return 3 small items of R36. I'm never shopping at Chamberlains again out of fear for the return process. I'd rather pay a premium for fast an efficient service.
