Freak accident when Chamberlains delivered building material to our home; middle pillar of our garage damaged. Sent some photos to a manager, Sarel, and within an hour and a half a contractor, Derick was here to asses the damage; hour later Derek was back with the necessary materials to fix the problem, until load shedding intervened. Arrived early next morning, finalized everything and even painted the new pillar to match the rest of the structure. Neat work and Derick obviously knew what he was doing.
