Pass the Buck

So I went to do some shopping, and while looking for a parking, some copper pipes that had been loaded into a customers vehicle by the staff of Chamberlains, scratched the paintwork on my vehicle. Only after that happened did the staff then stand in the road to warn of the protrusion and cover the ends of the pipes, but the damage had already been done. The customer promptly hightailed it out of there. When I questioned Management about whose responsibility it was, they clearly said it's the customers fault. I kinda think that maybe perhaps you should train your staff better, as not all customers are even aware. Now I have to live with the scratch on my vehicle. Sorry to say, but you have lost me as a customer.
