Double Debit - unable to calculate or have accurate figures

<p>In May my debit order was missed due to a double debit from another account whom agreed to refund me at the end of the month, I informed Challenor FInance of this and ask them what i needed to pay including the penalty for late or missed debit. Telephincally as well as by SMS they informed me that the payment for may would be 840.00. So they place a tracer on my account and on the 24.05.17 they debit for 840.00 and 29.05.17 again an amount of R840 which is apparently for the month of June. Funny how when i called in they advised me all i needed to pay was R61 as a penalty</p> <p> </p> <p>Today i get told oh no its actually R115.00 that we split for you over 2 payments. they can not even calculate these idiots . First it was R40 penalty then today i get told its R115.00 then i check my statement and its R61.00 and please note that they have penalised me for june already and today is only the 29.05.17. ************ after your money and high interest rates. they can not get their facts together</p>
