Withholding refundable breakage deposit.

<p>We recently stayed at chakes cove 35 (ref LS-23K356) on the 20th to the 25th of December. Four weeks later we have still not received our refundable breakage deposit from Jenni from beach home properties.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is really unacceptable since they insisted on immediate payment of the breakage deposit before even giving us any details of the properties and key. It is now 4 weeks later and we have still not received our deposit.</p> <p> </p>
