Chakas cove bad service

Absolutely terrible customer service received from the owner. She is rude and refused to assist with a refund despite the site listing the refund will be attended to within 14 days. Had to contact them numerous times only to have the owner cut the call saying she cannot assist further and that it was my fault I didn't get my money back. Never booking there. Seems to be common that they hold monies indefinitely.
