59 Chakas Cove is a ****

I booked 59 Chakas Cove in advance via booking.com a few months in advance, the owner cancelled my booking just more than a week be4 my stay. I asked for my refund and was asked for my banking details but 11 days later i still havent received my refund. The owner has gone silent and doesnt answer my calls. Booking.com apparently doesnt do refunds so im left on my own. I wish i had read the reviews b4 but i have used booking.com many times b4 and have never experienced this..
