Worst place to book ever

Terrible and disgusting service received from the owner.i have never received such bad service before. Paid for the booking and canceled after immediately being debited (did not mention this on the website)? Waited 14 days for the refund after following up twice and never got the money back. The owner screamed and behaved as if she was doing me a favor by giving my money back. Go told that I need to wait another 7 days. Appalled and the lack of professionalism
