Chairman say they will not assist me again

I bought a wheelchair from Chairman 2 years ago. However due to the wheelchair being more expensive, I chose not to take the wheels, as this would decrease the amount to just over my medical aid limit.<br> <br> We were given a quote for a wheelchair, with the value of the wheels to be deducted (Viv did not have the value of the wheels at the time of quotation, but was advised that it would be about R2000 over the medical aid limit, which we were prepared to pay).<br> <br> We have received statement after statement for +- R7000 for the last 18 months, and we have requested feedback from Viv in terms of this value (value of the wheels were not deducted, regardless of not receiving them).<br> <br> We have continued to request a revised statement, to no avail. When we asked for feedback directly from Viv, he blamed me for bad faith, requested a full credit from his accounts department, and told me he would never help me again. He has, in effect, told a fellow disabled customer he will no longer assist me or my son (both of us are disabled). <br> <br> Viv, as you have no longer have any interest in my well-being, I hope anybody reading this will be put off by your mean and inconsiderate approach to disabled people.
