Expired Ace Maize Meal At Phiri Pakistan store

I bought a maize meal last week it expired on 3rd of Sept 25 I laid a complaint to manager who could not resolve my matter. They refused to reimburse, refund or take their product back as they denied that I bought the product in their store.

I want my R30 and they take their maize meal.

Please help.
