Easy to deal with
I have dealt with a lot of PC shops in Cape Town and I can honestly say ChadBiilds is on a completely different level. From the first message, you can tell this is not some guy just flipping parts. Chad actually knows PCs. He asked me what games I play, what resolution I play on, what my budget is, and then he built a PC around ME, not around what he had lying around to get rid of. He explained every single part, why he chose it, where the bottleneck is, where the upgrade path is, and what settings I should run for the best FPS. No other shop does that. The build quality is insane. Cable management is clean, airflow is perfect, temps are low, and the PC is whisper quiet even after hours of gaming. It does not look like a rushed build, it looks like someone who actually cares about their work put it together. Every ***** tight, every cable routed properly, Windows installed and licensed, drivers updated, games tested before I even collected it. And the pricing? Unreal. I priced the exact same parts at the big stores and ChadBiilds was cheaper, and I still got better parts. No cheap PSU that is going to blow up in 6 months, no cheap RAM, no cheap SSD. He uses proper parts and still keeps the price fair. He will even tell you straight up if a part is not worth it, or if you should save your money and wait. That honesty is rare. What really sold me was the after sales service. If I have a question about settings, FPS, upgrades, or anything, I just *** him and he replies. He does not disappear after you pay. He helped me set up my iRacing settings for triple monitors, helped me get 150 FPS stable, told me exactly what to turn off to get the best performance without losing visual quality. That is service you cannot buy. If you are into iRacing, Assetto Corsa, Warzone, Fortnite, GTA, or any competitive game, this is your guy. He understands SIM racing, he understands triple monitors, he understands DLSS, he understands what actually matters for FPS and what is just marketing nonsense. I have already recommended ChadBiilds to 3 of my friends and all of them had the exact same experience. Fast build time, 1 to 2 days, honest pricing, clean build, and a PC that just works perfectly out the box. If you are thinking about buying a PC in Cape Town, stop wasting time scrolling through overpriced prebuilts. Message ChadBiilds. You will get a better PC, for a better price, from someone who actually cares.

Chadbiilds is a ****mmer
ATTENTION!!! I AM SURE HE HAS DONE THIS TO MANY PEOPLE! I received and agreed to a specific custom build for a computer. Chadley Adams *** sent me an official quote for all the specified parts and I agreed and paid the deposit to secure the parts immediately. After a few days he pushed the price up, holding my 15k deposit ransom, claiming the parts price went up. I then hesitantly agreed. The day of collection I paid the outstanding sum. On inspection of the computer I then came to realise that he had swapped major components without my approval or knowledge. 1. Swapped 750W psu for 550w psu 2. Swapped 16gb 6000mhz ddr5 ram for 16gb 4800MHz ddr5 ram 3. Swapped premium freeflow case for budget case 4. Swapped 1tb ssd for 500gb 5. Swapped B650 motherboard for A620am-k He gave me inferior parts to push his profits after he sent me his official quote and broke his own terms and conditions. I am sure he has done this to many people as not everyone will check their part specifically.
