The owner doesn't want to take responsibility for his action

I took my Nissan np200 for the head to be fixed i paid the mechanic more than R8000 and my vehicle is still not right and he doesn't want to take responsibility for it he then started to insult me and my wife i don't think he is tax registered and is doing a lot of work for people
