Incomplete work & not as per plan and spec - From NHBRC registered builder

NHBRC registered builder, Chris, does not complete work as agreed upon and deviates from specifications and plan without any approval. He ignores communication and does not worry about fixing any of his mistakes. I would not advise anyone to use the companies services.
