Serious lack of communication and just bad service

I am absolutely disgusted by the service of these brokers. <br> <br> I lodged a claim and their response, or lack thereof has been awful. <br> <br> They take a week to reply to an email. systematically alert you of the details they need. And keep on asking for more info, instead of giving me a list once off to acquire for them. <br> <br> Its now a month later and once again I have been asked for more forms and stuff which wasn't noted at first. <br> <br> I just find it repulsive and unnecessary for all the hassle. <br> <br> And I still don't have a status report from them.
