Really Bad Service

<p>I tried to cancel my account and gave two months notice - after many emails and phone calls and being assured that my debit order would not go off of my account, I was told that my cancellation was not confirmed and that I need to organise for my bank to stop the debit order. I'm totally unimpressed - I tried to get someone to send me confirmation of my cancellation so many times, and was always told that it would happen and then a day before my debit order is due to go off, I email to get confirmation again and I"m not it has not been done. Really bad business ethics - ladies have bad attitude and are very unhelpful. </p>
