<p>This person claims to be an ex cop / Detective and wants to help people against injustice. He hardly looks you in the eyes, promises to help you with ANY legal issues you may have and that it is not the money for him. Until he got his grubby hands on your hard earned money. Then you wait for the supposed legal assistance he promised you, excuse after excuse when you contact him, eg. sick in bed for a week although a friend of mine phoned him to meet up with her "problem" and he was out of bed in a shot to meet up with her.
