Dampcontrol CFW - Dehumidifier Meaco DD8L

<p>Recently bought a dehumidifier for R 4800. Unpacked after work at home and discovered a crack on it. Unit works great. Took it back to CFW next morning to show them the defect. Manager was very rude and they tried to say the customer broke it. They now don't want to replace or refund me for it. Quality manager is now writing a report for a warranty replacement. </p>
