My name is Andrew I've app**** for a refund from parts department Johan was the agent who was helping me. So in Dec right after the 16th 2025 I bought engine parts from Toyota and I wasn't able to get the parts so asked for a refund it's been three weeks and I still have not received my payment and contact them frequently to ask about it am always told it's done I shall receive the money am still waiting even now.
