Yes to Reeds N1! - No To Williams Hunt Bellville

I Bought a new Vehicle last year around February From Williams Hunt Bellville. We dealt with a Salesman named Eugene. Who was in fact Amazing, it wasn't until my 65 000km service that s*** got real. The short of it is a lack of understanding to what exactly an extended warranty means and no one willing to own up and say sorry about the misunderstanding... Adrian the Service Manager who I eventually dealt with directly, was as helpful as starting a fire with a bucket of water, and to top it all their card machines wouldn't read my debit card for services fees rendered under warranty....needles to say they'll never see me again.<br> <br> Enter Yellow light at roundabout 65 012km. No way I am going back to WH. Thank God Reeds and WH are somehow under the same umbrella. My car needed parts from the U.S which would take about 21 days to get here and get fixed. I dealt with a gentlemen named Rudi who offered me a courtesy car, but above all kept me in the loop regarding the whole \operation"my car went through. Rudi"
