Wrost place to get services ever, Don't waste you time

The worst place to take your car for a services - customer services is like water in the desert there is just not any. All they care about is money and how to ***** there customers out of theirs. Last week my car went in for a service an checkup on my clutch at Action Ford Krugersdorp. The clutch was worn and needed to be replaced as excepted (having issues with it from the day we bought the car - but every time it went in there was nothing wrong with it) Action Ford trying to get away and hide their issues. Every time the service manager phone the price keeps on changing. - I got quoted R7000 including discount to replace the clutch but when the warranty said it will cover the clutch it was suddenly R6200 for the clutch. How ironic. My service was R700 on day 1 on day 4 it was R3100 for the services. Quests what, the car is still not fixed and i have to take it back. For the whole time my car was with them I was sitting without a car and when I asked for a loan car all I got was pulling up of shoulders. I phone the dealer principal to ask if he can make a plan for me as we have been customers for over 12 years and we have bought 5 cars from them. Well he still hasn't phoned back or just send a message that received my messaged and we will come back to me - NOTHING - I'm not worth his time. This has been the worst services I have ever received from a car dealership If you need a new car or get your car service I suggests you go somewhere else. Services is just a word to them with no meaning or value.
