Worst workmanship ever!

Worst workmanship ever. My car was taken in for repairs and when i went to collect the, the repairs on the car weren't up to standard, they even used pirate as one of their employees even mentioned when i picked up the car. The car emblem on the main grill of my car was not properly fitted, the headlight that was replaced is a pirate part, even when you switch on the headlights for a better vision for the darkness, for some reason it does not lit the road, but the lights are facing the sky. I was told by one of their employees that they'd send someone to my house to replace the main grill, but i haven't received feedback to this day, he's not even taking my calls. This branch is a disgrace to the brand and something should be done about this. The total cost for the repairs was R42 000, but they still use pirate parts. Why compromise quality and tarnish the name of BMW as a brand for extra profit?
