Worst service! Useless !

Bought my car cash from Renault Clearwater 1 year ago. In a year this car has had a million problems. Took my car to Clearwater in January to fix all the problems. Got the car back and 1 day later the rattling steering wheel that I was told was fixed was rattling more. It’s now almost March and still they have not sorted this out. I have spoken to the dealer principal who did not seem to care that their staff did not fix a problem I told them specifically to fix. I constantly email with no responses then when I mail a few times in a row Joyce tells me some excuse. I can’t understand how something this simple can be dragged on for almost 3 months. I’m disgusted by the bad service at this dealership and would NEVER recommend anyone to them!
