Worst service since Taken over to manage Haval

Can one provide a minus 400 rating??? I phoned *** on 5 occasions only to be told that they haven’t captured my details on the system????? Thabang then confirmed that he’s just reception and trying to do this job. NO Buddy u clearly AINT!! If u have to ask me for my details 3 times then I suppose u shouldn’t be In a call centre? No call recordings? Refused to give me managements details… SIGH… all I want was a darn quote from Haval Fourways to pay for the stupid indicator stalk BUT NO! Absolutely disgusted!!!!!
