Worst Service in the world!

<p>Wow Ford’s next award should be WORST AFTER SALES SERVICE MASTERS. You call yourself innovators, and my car is very nice thanks, Ford SA also invented a few new categories under the nominee of worst after sales service in the world ever! </p> <p> </p> <p>I had my car at ford Roodepoort because the stop start stopped working. The guy David told me this is such an unusual fault Mr Erasmus we need to import the part it will take + - 3-5 weeks.</p> <p> </p> <p>It has now been 3-5 months later and my patience is up with Action Ford Roodepoort. I have phoned David to which he rep**** there is no service from Head Office???? I have phoned the workshop manager whom has done absolutely nothing to try and help me solve my problems I have tried the GM but he / she is never around, apparently you only get to talk with them before you buy a car.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have never in my life experienced more pathetic service than that of Action Ford Roodepoort’s workshop!</p> <p>CAN SOMEONE PLEASE PHONE ME AND TELL ME WHEN MY CAR IS GOING TO BE FIXED? Because Action Ford Roodepoort does not want to and my contract stipulates a warrantee. </p>
