Worst service in SA!!! The TELKOM of Cars

Very disappointed in Reeds Bellville to the point I am looking to sell my Opel so do not have to deal with Reeds again. I called 5 times to book an appointment to look at issues on my opel and I was told I would get a person to contact me back for booking in. Then after 4 failed promises of a call back I demanded to speak to a manager and finally appointment was booked only for me to get to the dealership on the day of appointment and they have no appointment booked for me. This is terrible service and as mentioned before I am looking now into selling a car I bought 4 months ago. Never had this issues at toyota or hyundai with my previous cars and think I need to go back to those cars again. Which is a pity as I really liked the Opel Crossland I purchased
