Worst Service in my life

Good Day<br> <br> I went in to your glen branch to assist me with a booking on a service due on my car. I had to deal with your team that worked today Saturday 11 July 2015 to honestly find the worst customer service I have experienced in my life.I have one lady not knowing the price of a major service,one lady that is slightly interested to help and one lady that actually got annoyed by us asking what it will cost to do a major service with your company.Since when does a company tolerate staff members dealing with clients in such a disrespectful and arrogant way. Kindly note that the same client you treating with such arrogance will be paying quite a substantial amount to get their cars serviced.I would honestly not ever want to deal with any of your staff members if this is the standard you have set out. I might be one client you lose but maybe its one to many already.Please deal with your staff members as respect should be one of your key values.
